Go to the list of doctors and therapists, choose a therapist/doctor, and click on the green contact button. If you have registered a credit card for billing, you will be connected immediately. If not, you will be asked to enter credit card details, and only after the card is approved will you be connected to the therapist/doctor.
Please note! Credit card detailsYour details are registered with an external payment company authorized to handle payments and data storage. The payment company will issue you an electronic receipt.
At the start of the conversation, your card will be charged for the therapist/doctor's fee plus a commission charged by the site. The charge will be based on the price per time unit set by the therapist multiplied by the number of time units consumed.You can end the conversation at any time.The consultation cost will be recorded at the end of the conversation.
If you were unable to reach the therapist/doctor, you can request a consultation call.

Enter, register, and wait for registration approval. The doctor's details will be checked by the security department, and only after their approval will the therapist/doctor be allowed to operate. During registration, you set your availability days and hours. You must be available during these times. After each conversation, you will be rated by the patients, and the average score will be published on the site.The score will recommend you as therapists/doctors.
Upon completion of the conversation, your card will be credited with the consultation income minus the site's commission. The payment will be transferred to your account, which appears on the registration card, within 15 working days.

A therapist/doctor can also register as a patient for the purpose of receiving advice. You need to go to the patient registration page and fill in your details.
